Kathleen Casey, MA, MFT-i
Kathleen Casey was born and raised in Southern California. She received her BA in Sociology from California State University, Northridge and then went on to earn a Master’s degree from Phillips Graduate University in Clinical Psychology. She completed her traineeship at The Center for Individual and Family Counseling in North Hollywood where she specialized in helping clients through the impact of addiction in the family system.
Kathleen’s therapeutic orientation is a unique blend of narrative and systems practices, with a passion to collaborate with clients to help move forward with a new future. Her clinical skills include intake assessment, helping clients with resources and referrals, exit planning, and facilitation of both life skills and recovery skills groups. Kathleen, who herself has been in recovery for over twenty years, understands the day-to-day challenges that new clients face in early recovery. She takes great pride in providing an environment where real transformation is possible.
Kathleen is thrilled to be able to provide an informative, comforting, and welcoming presence to clients as a Case Manager at Infinity Malibu.
